Who we are
Arco Brokers ("we") runs arcobrokers.com. You can contact us about your data at info@arcobrokers.com.
What we collect
The details you send through our contact form: name, email, phone (optional), country, where you are in the buying process, price or budget, and anything you add in the message box. When you become a client we also receive the documents needed for your mortgage application.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a mortgage review (your consent).
- To prepare and manage your mortgage application with banks (to perform our agreement with you).
- To meet our legal obligations as a mortgage intermediary.
Who we share it with
Only the banks, valuers, solicitors and notaries involved in your application, and our website host (Netlify), which processes form submissions on our behalf. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Client files are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or limit its use, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@arcobrokers.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
